That includes the website at https://carltonresearch.com/, text, graphics, layout, research instruments, downloadable materials, the Coercive Control Observatory, and the Evidence Vault at evidence.carltonresearch.com. The Evidence Vault is a separate property from the Coercive Control Observatory and from any other site. A link from the Observatory or any other site to the Evidence Vault does not make the Evidence Vault part of that site.

The Evidence Vault is a separate proprietary product and property of Carlton Research, LLC, developed by Carisa Carlton. Its software, source code, interface, design, workflows, text, reports, exhibit book format, and implementation of Carlton Research’s method are protected works owned by Carlton Research, LLC. A link from the Coercive Control Observatory or any other site to the Evidence Vault does not make the Evidence Vault part of that site. All rights reserved.

Client-uploaded content in Evidence Vaults belongs to the clients who upload it. Carlton Research, LLC claims no ownership of client-uploaded content and has no access to it. A client may use the client’s own Evidence Vault report and exhibit book in the client’s own case.

The Codebook for Identifying Coercive Control in Longitudinal Artifacts and other Carlton Research publications, drafts, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Carlton Research, LLC or the credited author under Carlton Research, LLC, except where a separate license or publisher agreement states otherwise.

Ordinary personal or professional viewing is allowed. Reproduction, distribution, public display, scraping, model training on, or creation of derivative works from Carlton Research proprietary products or Site content requires prior written permission, except for fair use as limited by law.
